Terms of Service
Effective October 15, 2026
These terms apply to mcacareproviders.us and to services provided by MCA Care Providers Corp ("we," "us"), 12929 SW 230th St, Miami, FL 33170. Each client's signed service agreement and care plan control if they conflict with these terms.
Non-medical services
We provide non-medical in-home care, including personal care, companionship, homemaking, respite, and supervision. Our caregivers do not provide skilled nursing services such as administering medications, injections, wound care, or therapy. Those services must be arranged with licensed providers, and we're glad to coordinate with them.
Not for emergencies
Our website and office phone are not emergency services. In an emergency, call 911. Caregivers are instructed to call 911 and then notify family contacts if an emergency occurs during a visit.
Service agreement and scheduling
- Rates, minimum visit lengths, and billing terms are provided in writing before services begin.
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change a visit. See our Refund Policy.
- Clients and families agree to provide a safe working environment and accurate information about the client's needs.
- Caregivers may not accept gifts, loans, or changes to wills or financial arrangements, and may not perform tasks outside the care plan.
Website tools
The care needs assessment and website content are general information only. They are not medical advice or a clinical assessment.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Contact support@mcacareproviders.us or (305) 258-6174. We'll acknowledge within 1 business day and respond in writing within 10 business days. If a billing or service dispute isn't resolved, either party may request non-binding mediation in Miami-Dade County with a mutually agreed mediator, with the mediator's fee shared equally, before filing a claim. Nothing here limits your right to contact Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration, the Florida Abuse Hotline at 1-800-962-2873, or any other authority, or to pursue remedies available by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law. Venue for any dispute is Miami-Dade County, Florida.
