Questions

My mother is embarrassed to accept help bathing. How do you handle that?

Slowly and respectfully. Caregivers start with whatever she's comfortable with, keep her covered, let her do what she can herself, and build trust over time. A same-gender caregiver can be requested.

Do you bring equipment like a shower chair or Hoyer lift?

We'll recommend equipment during the consultation. It's usually ordered through the client's doctor or a medical supply company. Caregivers use mechanical lifts only when trained on that specific equipment.

Dignity, every day.
